Can I customize it?

We are able to help to ship our standard products to the customize store/shop you desired, but unfortunately, due to the company policy, we currently not offering any type of the customization.

Do you ship internationally?

For Wine Bags

Can this bag really keep drinks cold?

Yes! Our wine bags use an insulated design. All you need to do is pre-chill your wine, and you don't even need to add a separate ice pack, our bags will keep your wine cold for hours.

What wines can be accommodated?

Tirrinia wine bags are designed according to standard sizes, so each bag can hold the regular size 750ml bottle of wine. The two bottle, three bottle wine bags are based on this regular size wine bottle. There are also some special designs, so please pay attention to the detailed description of the item you are looking at, and feel free to contact us if you are not sure.

What kind of packaging? Is there a gift bag?

It is currently packaged in a clean plastic bag.

How do I know their size?

Whether there are gifts / accessories sent with the wine bag?

Some of the wine bags will come with a strap, other accessories can be found on the official website.

Is there a place for wine glasses other than where the bottle is located?

Some of the wine bags are designed with nylon straps to hold the wine glasses, which you can learn about on the product detail page.However, avoid putting too many wine glasses to avoid improper placement and breakage.

Can this go on plane?

According to the FAA, it's all about the alcohol content! Alcohol less than 24% alcohol by volume (ABV) or 48 proof, like most beers and wine: For carry-on you are limited to containers of 3.4oz or less that can fit comfortably in one quart-sized, clear, zip-top bag.

Can this be locked?

The are no locks on the bag. If you had a real small lock with key you could probably put it through the small holes in the zipper.

What is the material of the bottom? Is it able to support enough wine?

Most of the Tirrinia wine bag body selection of canvas, PU insulation and 5 mm PE foam padding are used inside to achieve leak-proof and thermal insulation.It can support 1-6 bottles of wine when the capacity allows.Please check the product detail page or ask customer service with the product model number.

Can be put into the ice cubes?

Some of the wine bags are completely leak-proof and will not leak when the ice melts, but some of them are not leak-proof, so we recommend that you use ice packs instead of ice to prevent the wine bags from leaking.

Will the wine and wine glasses together be damaged?

It depends on how you place your wine glasses and bottles. We do not recommend putting in wine glasses, and when you have to place them, we recommend putting bubble wrap to prevent them from breaking under impact.

How do I clean it?

Some wine bags support machine washing and hand washing. If the stain is not too serious, you can use a soft cotton cloth with warm water to do a partial wipe. Do I need to put the bag in the refrigerator first to keep the wine warm?

You don't have to put the bag in the freezer first; you can put ice pack in the wine bag or chill the wine first, which will keep the wine cold.

Can I fold it up and pack it when I travel?

Yes, you can fold this tote flat. When you want to use it just put your hand inside and push it back in shape.

Can I put champagne in it?

Can I put a bottle opener in the outside pocket?

How should I take care of it?

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?

What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
